The fee for attending the conference is 70 Euros, which is covering registration, workshops and meals.

The fee for non-presenter participants is 100 Euros .

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

For students planning to attend the conference, an entrance visa may be required and you should contact the nearest French Embassy or Consulate for more information. If you are likely to need a visa, we suggest that you make your application as soon as possible.

If necessary, the ACDD 2011 Organizing Committee may issue a letter confirming your participation. This will not be done until the participant has paid the participation fees in full.

If you need such a letter, please contact the secretariat of ACDD (ozusaglam@gmail.com) for assistance. Please mention in your email that you are submitting early because you need a visa. We will then make every effort to review your abstract as quickly as possible. All participants are advised to arrange travel insurance before departure from their home countries.
